The landlord MUST be a new landlord to Click, who has not rented a property through Click previously.

 

The tenancy MUST be a new tenancy and not a tenancy renewal or extension of an existing tenancy.

 

The referral incentive will apply to the first property and tenancy agreed and let through Click. No further referral incentive will be applied for the same landlord, property, new tenancies, tenancy extensions / renewals or any other variation thereafter.

 

A tenancy will be deemed to have commenced upon the successful move in of new tenants, where the necessary legal documents are successfully completed. Should the legal documents not be successfully completed or a tenancy be surrendered within the first 30 days following the commencement of the tenancy, the referral will be null and void.
